General Policies

Nestegg, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate service any time. If service is terminated without cause, we will aid in the smooth transfer of service and provide adequate notice to allow new service to be established. Service terminated with cause (violating our policies, performing illegal acts, failure to render payment, etc.) may be terminated immediately, coincident with notice.

Content

Nestegg, LLC assumes no responsibility for Web site content of its clients. Issue with client content should be directed to the owner of the Web site, not to us. We will only take action against our client if they are clearly in violation of the law. While we are proponents of free speech, we do ask that our clients present their content in "good taste". We also insist that any content that is inappropriate for our youth be so marked and protected in some reasonable fashion.

Unsolicited Email

We do not employ or condone the use of unsolicited email (SPAM).

Privacy Policy Statement

Our Web server does not automatically recognize any information regarding the domain or e-mail address of a particular visitor. Visits are logged by time, date, IP address, visited page and referring page. This information is used only for statistical purposes and to aid in the location of perpetrators of misbehavior.

We do not share any information we might collect with any other organization for any reason.

We do not set cookies.

If you supply us with your email address, postal address, telephone number, or credit card information, it used only for the purpose for which you supplied it, or for which you authorize it's use at a future time. We or any other organization specifically will NOT use it for promotional purposes.

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. We may provide commercial links to other Web sites that we believe will be of interest to our visitors.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
